Tuna Salad


1 12 oz. Can chunk white tuna (water-pack), drained
cup Bottled creamy italian salad dressing
cup Fresh or drained canned pineapple, finely chopped fresh or drained
¼ cup Sweet onion, finely diced
Lettuce leaves
1 whole wheat pita bread rounds, halved


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, dressing, pineapple, and sweet onion.
  2. Place the lettuce leaves in the pita halves.
  3. Fill each with tuna mixture. (Or make a wrap just using the lettuce leaves.)
