Five Bean Salad


1 Can Green beans
1 Can Wax beans
1 Can Black beans
1 Can Kidney beans
1 Can Garbanzo beans
½ Cup Celery, chopped
¼ Cup Onion, chopped
The dressing:
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 TBSP Red wine vinegar
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Parsley


  1. Drain all beans, place in a bowl.
  2. Add celery and onion.
  3. Mix ingredients for salad dressing, pour over beans, and stir.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
