Chicken & Hummus Wraps


Whole wheat tortillas or large lettuce leaves
Greek yogurt
Chicken breast strips (buy precooked or bake and slice a chicken breast)
Coarsely chopped Roma tomatoes
Thinly sliced cucumber
Greek spices (Try this blend!


  1. Spread hummus and then Greek yogurt on the wrap.
  2. Add a row of thinly sliced cucumbers.
  3. Add the chicken slices and tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle on a light coating of the Greek spices.
  5. Roll up.
