While commercials focus on happy families and large gatherings during the holiday season, many people spend the holidays alone. Even if you are celebrating with other people, you may feel alone as a bariatric surgery woman surrounded by people who really don’t “get it.”The holiday season can also intensify grief, as you mourn the loss of a loved one or a significant aspect of your life.

During COVID, feelings of loss, isolation, and loneliness are all too common. During this workshop you’ll learn how to cope with loss, honor your feelings, and identify ways to take care of yourself and others with compassion.

Space is limited to 20 people.
