Most of us make new year’s resolutions, and many of us include weight loss or better health as our goal. We promise to stop. We make new plans. We swear off things. We tell ourselves we’ll change. We get on bandwagons. We fall off said wagons. Instead of a new year in which you turn into a “better” version of yourself, you wind up breaking your resolutions and feeling like a failure — again.
In this workshop you’ll spend some time reflecting on what you would like to have happen in 2021. Then you’ll set your intentions. You’ll discover why intentions are sustainable, and why resolutions are not. You’ll also learn to appreciate failure as a pitstop that fuels you to reach your destination!
